TOURISM ADVISORY

Do you have specific questions regarding premium travel trade channels from Asia to New Zealand? Unsure where to start? Don’t know who to talk to? Which markets should you target first? We have advised a range of businesses from local NZ operators to equity fund managers in Australia and global consulting firms in the Middle East. Minimum advisory 1 hour. Preparation, consultation and follow up at fee indicated. Half hour fees apply.

Hourly fee: $360+GST* (USD$225/hr.)


REFERRAL FEES

We regularly receive recommendation requests for leading New Zealand accommodation, aviation and activity providers from over 150 premium travel sellers across Asia. Requests we receive include villa and luxury lodge recommendations, private guide and associated transfers, helicopter. charters & experiences Private jet and conference enquiries are generally in the $250k+ to $2m+ range respectively. We channel these enquiries to both destination management companies as well as individual operators at the request of our in-market premium travel seller partners. Please contact us if you wish to establish a Referral Fee arrangement.

Referral fee: Annual fee of $1,250+GST* plus % of businesses provided.


INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM TRAVEL SELLER MEETINGS - Represented (Asia and the Middle East)

Be represented at the offices of premium travel sellers and have your company introduced to their key decision makers and senior sales staff. In a week of meetings your business will be exposed to approx. 25 companies. You retain these contacts for the lifetime of your business. (Daily fee excludes all travel expenses including flights, accommodation, meals, transport, agent hosting & miscellaneous expenses). Half day rate applies for travel days and weekends. *Admin fee for travel planning, appointment requests, follow up correspondence and reporting for representation travel is $4000+GST. Also applies to golf travel seller development. Minimum travel period 5 days / 3 work days.

Daily fee: $1,440+GST*


INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM TRAVEL SELLER MEETINGS - Personally hosted (Asia and the Middle East)

Be exclusively guided to the offices of premium travel sellers and introduced to their key decision makers and senior sales staff. In a week of meetings you will meet approx. 25 companies. You retain these contacts for the lifetime of your business. (Daily fee excludes all travel expenses including flights, accommodation, meals, transport, agent hosting & miscellaneous expenses). Half day rate applies for travel days and weekends. *Admin fee for travel planning and appointment requests for personally hosted travel is $2000+GST. Follow up correspondence by client is recommended. Also applies to golf travel seller development. Minimum travel period 5 days / 3 work days.

Daily fee: $1,800+GST*


TOURISM360

Tourism360 by Tourism Partners is a unique tourism business development tool designed for growth. Through research, consultation and review we provide information, ideas and inspiration that will grow your tourism business. Tourism360 is a 60 point assessment. We focus on 5 key areas that primarily relate to the development of travel trade sales and marketing activity. Themes that appear within research and consultation form the basis for recommendations. A detailed review is delivered in writing, including suggested contacts and next-steps plan, an in-person summary completes the assessment. *Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for completion.

Project fee: $10,000+GST*


Terms (*)

  • We invoice on the last day of the month, payment due within 7 days of invoice.

  • Flight class booked will be economy at most suitable time / best available fares / within budget.

  • Accommodation star rating booked will be four star plus in the most suitable location / best available rate / within budget.

  • Travel expenses incurred are on-charged by invoice (itemised) at the price paid converted to NZD$ (we use XE.com).

  • Fees for travel planning, appointment requests, follow up correspondence and reporting apply.

  • Fees are valid through until March 31st 2024.

  • Late payment of invoice incurs late payment fees, 10% (of invoice) at 30days, 20% (of invoice) at 60days.

  • We may choose to enter or depart a market earlier or later than the week of engagement to conduct other activity.

  • We are transparent with clients and will always advise of any perceived conflict of interest in advance.

  • We offset our flight emissions through our chosen airline, this is on-charged in the flight price in our invoice.

  • By engaging Tourism Partners either verbally, by email or by other means - you agree to the above terms.
